We have a hugely diverse product range and can ship all over the world so delivery charges vary by products selected and destination, as follows:
Mainland UK (excl Scottish Highlands)

Most orders under £100 have a £5 delivery charge (small items have a delivery charge of £3).
For products over 1 metre in length, delivery charge varies between £7.50 and £15 depending on length and order value, and FREE if order value is more than £500.
You can also collect instore for FREE.
Offshore UK & Scottish Highlands
The price varies by location and product weight and will be between £5 and £18 for standard orders, and up to £41 for oversized items (greater than 1.5m length) - enter your address at the online checkout to see delivery charges.
Europe & Channel Islands
Small items can be sent via a Royal Mail tracked service and will cost between £10 and £25. For larger parcels, you will be offered available shipping carriers when you checkout such as DPD and Fedex. The price for these services will vary depending on the weight and volume of items in your basket and the destination. We will not charge you VAT on your order and you will be invoiced for VAT and possibly customs charges by the postal operator or tax authority in the destination country. Once you have placed all items in your basket, enter your address at the online checkout to see the VAT removed and to choose a delivery option. Note that charges increase if multiple parcels are required. For very large orders we may need to provide you with a custom shipping quote after you place your order - in this case the shipping option will show "Quote Required" on the checkout page. Please note that for all international orders, the price shown is exclusive of all duties and taxes. Any duties and taxes will need to be paid separately by you to the international shipper who will contact you for payment once goods are on their way. Failure to pay in a timely manner may incur additional costs and/or the items being reconsigned back to us.
Rest of the World (including USA, Canada, Australia etc)
For worldwide destinations we can offer Royal Mail for small packages, and for larger parcels you will be able to choose a Fedex Priority or Economy service. The price for these services will vary depending on the weight and volume of items in your basket and the destination. For very large orders you will only pay for the goods you order and we will quote you for shipping after the checkout process (at which point you may cancel your order if delivery is excessive). The checkout page will say "Quote Required" for the shipping method in this case. If you are at all concerned about receiving a shipping quote after placing your order then do not proceed to order online and instead contact us via email detailing the items you are interested in and your delivery address. We will obtain a customised shipping quote from a range of trusted carriers and add £10 for packaging. Please note that international shipping is expensive and may be more than the cost of the goods. Also be mindful that you may incur foreign currency transaction charges and be adversly affected by foreign currency fluctuations if you place an order and then decide to cancel. We strongly recommend you contact us via email to get a shipping quote prior to placing your order.
Checkout Process
Once you have entered address details on the checkout you will be able to see the delivery options available to you. The vast majority of our UK orders are delivered by DPD, who will contact you after we despatch the goods and give you a one-hour delivery window. You can give them specific delivery instructions at that point or rearrange delivery for FREE. To find out more about this service please visit the DPD Predict website.
In situations where we cannot determine the delivery charges at point of ordering on the website (for very large international orders, cast iron radiator sales and palletized lighting) the shipping method will be stated as "Quote Required". In these circumstances you will only be charged for the goods ordered in the website checkout process and we will contact you after you order with a quote for delivery charges and you may cancel the order at that point or pay the quoted delivery charge prior to delivery. Alternatively, email us detailing the items you are interested in and your delivery address and we will provide a shipping quote directly.
In addition we reserve the right to amend a delivery charge quoted on the website after an order has been placed, but will always inform you prior to proceeding with the order.
When can I expect my delivery?
If all the items on your order are in stock, we endeavour to despatch it within 1-2 days on a next day service to mainland UK. Other destinations will have longer transit times.
If your order contains some products that have to be made or ordered specially, we will usually wait for ALL your ordered items to be in stock before despatching your entire order. This might typically be 2-3 weeks but could be up to 6 weeks or sometimes longer for products that are manufactured in Europe. Most products have a guideline delivery timescale in their description. Please contact us if you would like parts of your order to be despatched as and when they become available. This would attract a separate delivery charge for each delivery.
Returns
If you are a retail customer in the UK then when we send you your Goods you will also receive a delivery/returns note (as well as your receipt) which contains full instructions on how to return the Goods to us, and you have 14 days from date of receipt to return Goods to us and do not have to give a reason for doing so. You will have to pay for the return of the Goods. If the entire order is being returned, your refund will include the cost of the original delivery. You can either organize the return yourself (getting proof of postage) or (mainland UK only) we can arrange a collection via our courier (at a charge of £15 per parcel). If you are not a retail customer or you are outside of the UK then you will not be able to return goods unless they are faulty.
If you receive damaged or faulty Goods then you should contact us to arrange the return within 48 hours of your receipt of the Goods. If we confirm when the Goods arrive back with us that they are damaged or faulty, then you will not be liable for the cost of returning the Goods. You will be offered a replacement or refund.
We regret that we cannot accept returns for Special Order items (unless damaged or faulty). A Special Order item is an item that is made specially for you and would typically be any item that is not in stock.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost, delayed or damaged in transit. For your protection if you are returning Goods to us, we recommend that you send your package by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
