Service Updates for our Customers (updated 04/01/22)

We are following all COVID related advice set out by the UK government and PHE.

Showroom

Our showroom is open as normal and appropriate safety measures remain in place to keep our staff and visitors safe. Opening hours are 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday.

Contacting Us

You can contact us by email, online chat or phone. We would ask you to be patient as our response times may be slower than we would like since we are operating with reduced staff and/or team members working from home. If possible, please use email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Website and Telephone Orders

We continue to process online and telephone orders as quickly as we can within COVID secure guidelines. For in stock items, we endeavour to despatch your order within 2-3 days on a next day service to mainland UK. Other destinations will have longer delivery times. For items that show a lead time, we are working hard to keep that lead time information as realistic as possible as we respond to supplier information. Contact us to check if your order is time critical and not currently in stock, we will do our best to clarify the lead time and/or offer alternatives. Please note this is a fast moving situation and subject to change at short notice so please talk to us if you have questions.

Collection

You can collect orders from us between 10am and 4pm Monday to Saturday. If you wish, you may wait in your car and give us a call and we will bring the goods out to you.  Our phone number is 0116 234 1888 (please choose Option 1).

Delivery

We use DPD to deliver the vast majority of our orders and their services are normal in the UK. Services to mainland Europe remain a little unpredictable. DPD will contact you prior to delivery and you will be able to tell them where to leave the parcel if you do not want to come into contact with the driver. You won't need to sign for your delivery.
