A 2 gang switched socket with twin USB chargers on an Edwardian style plate made from solid brass with a Polished Brass Unlacquered finish.The Edwardian plate is stylish and elegant being characterized by the fabulous double stepped edge. It is a quality, heavy cast plate that also has a practical advantage of being slightly larger than some other plate styles (whilst still fitting to a standard back box) so can be useful to cover up messy plastering around the plate edge.Unlacquered polished brass is a living finish that will mellow over time. To start with it is bright and shiny, but it will age and develop a rich dark patina that has lighter areas where it is handled. It can be left to age like this indefinitely or can be polished with a metal polish to restore to bright and shiny as new. Leaving the plates to age naturally is a popular choice in period and traditional settings as the characterfulness can be more in keeping. If you don't want to wait for the ageing to take place naturally in your home, consider our Hand Aged Brass finish instead.This high quality double socket is made in the UK and each plug socket is rated at 13A and the USB charge sockets are rated at 3.1A total. When one USB device is plugged in the whole 3.1A is available for rapid charging and when both USB devices are in use, the output is automatically proportioned according to demand.A particular feature of our plug sockets is that the plate can be taken off easily (leaving the connections safely in place) for example for redecoration purposes or for cleaning of unlacquered plates so that you don't risk getting polish on your wall.We recommend using a minimum 35mm depth backbox with this product to give a comfortable amount of space for the grid (the switch or socket mechanism) and wiring behind the plate.Dimensions:Height: 96mm; Width: 157mm

If you are a retail customer in the UK then when we send you your Goods you will also receive a delivery/returns note (as well as your receipt). Full instructions on how to return the Goods to us are on the delivery/returns note. You have 14 days from date of receipt to return Goods to us and do not have to give a reason for doing so. You will have to pay for the return of the Goods. If the entire order is being returned, your refund will include the cost of the original delivery. You can either organize the return yourself (getting proof of postage) or (mainland UK only) we can arrange a collection via our courier. Courier collections arranged by us are charged at £15 per parcel if less than 1.5m in length, or £37 for parcels over 1.5m in length (eg curtain poles).
If you are NOT a retail customer or you are outside of the UK then you will not be able to return goods to us unless they are faulty.
If you receive damaged or faulty Goods then you should contact us to arrange the return within 48 hours of your receipt of the Goods. If we confirm when the Goods arrive back with us that they are damaged or faulty, then you will not be liable for the cost of returning the Goods. You will be offered a replacement or refund.
We regret that we cannot accept returns for Special Order items (unless damaged or faulty). A Special Order item would typically be any item that is not in stock.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost, delayed or damaged in transit. For your protection if you are returning Goods to us, we recommend that you send your package by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

If your order contains some products that have to be made or ordered specially, we will usually wait for all your ordered items to be in stock before despatch. Please contact us if you would like parts of your order to be despatched as and when they become available. This would attract a separate delivery charge for each delivery.

For Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands) orders for items less than 1.5m in length and over £100 have FREE delivery (excludes radiators, stoves and palletized lighting). Most orders under £100 have a £5 delivery charge (£3 for small items, £7.50 for items over 1 metre, and £15 for items over 1.5m eg curtain poles).
