Coronavirus Information for our Customers (updated 08/04/21)

As we are in a time of great uncertainty we want to reassure our customers that the safety of our employees and our customers is our priority.

We are following all advice set out by the UK government and PHE.


Our showroom will be reopening on Monday 12th April. Appropriate safety measures remain in place to keep our staff and visitors safe and you may have to queue before entering. Opening hours are 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday. We look forward to welcoming you back.

We are extremely busy and would ask you to be patient as our response times may be slower than we would like since we are operating with minimum staff and/or team members working from home. If possible, please email us or use online chat on our website and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Website and Telephone Orders

We continue to process online and telephone orders as quickly as we can within COVID secure guidelines. For in stock items, we endeavour to despatch your order within 2-3 days on a next day service to mainland UK. Other destinations will have longer delivery times. For items that show a lead time, we are working hard to keep that lead time information as realistic as possible as we respond to supplier information regarding temporary closures and delays. Contact us to check if your order is time critical and not currently in stock, we will do our best to clarify the lead time and/or offer alternatives. Please note this is a fast moving situation and subject to change at short notice so please talk to us if you have questions.


You can collect orders from us between 10am and 4pm Monday to Saturday. It would help if you phone in advance to book in to ensure a smooth process. On arrival, please do not get out of your car. Instead, give us a call and we will bring the goods out to your car.  Our phone number is 0116 234 1888 (please choose Option 1).


We use DPD to deliver the vast majority of our orders and their services are normal in the UK. Services to mainland Europe are currently experiencing delays. DPD will contact you prior to delivery and you will be able to tell them where to leave the parcel if you do not want to come into contact with the driver. You won't need to sign for your delivery.


As events unfold we will continue to react in line with Government guidance.
