Coronavirus Information for our Customers (updated 30/3/20)

We are in a time of great uncertainty and as the Coronavirus (Covid-19) continues to escalate we want to reassure our customers that the safety of our employees and our customers is our priority.

We are following all advice set out by the UK government and PHE.

Showroom

To comply with government guidelines our showroom is now temporarily CLOSED from 24th March until further notice. If you have a current order in progress that you were planning to collect please telephone us to arrange delivery instead.

Website and Telephone Orders

We are currently operating with a skeleton staff in spacious premises and are able to maintain more than adequate distancing. We are processing online and telephone orders as quickly as possible but can't always meet our usual promise of despatching stocked items on the same day as your order and we appreciate your understanding of this. You can contact us across all our usual channels including email, telephone and live chat during office hours, but please be patient if you have to wait. For items that show a lead time, we are working hard to keep that lead time information as realistic as possible as we respond to supplier information regarding temporary closures and delays. Contact us to check if your order is time critical and not currently in stock, we will do our best to clarify the lead time and/or offer alternatives. Please note this is a fast moving situation and subject to change at short notice so please talk to us if you have questions.

Delivery

We use DPD to deliver the vast majority of our orders and their services are currently at near normal with a few minor delays in the UK. They no longer require customers to sign for delivery. They will contact you prior to delivery and you will be able to tell them where to leave the parcel so you do not come into contact with the driver.

Returns

During the COVID-19 outbreak we are extending our returns policy to allow 90 days for returns so you need not leave the house during lock down and/or self isolation. All other conditions of our returns policy still apply.
