Returns Policy
If you are a retail customer in the UK then you have 14 days from date of receipt to return Goods to us and you do not have to give a reason for doing so.
If you are NOT a retail customer or you are outside of the UK then you will not be able to return goods unless they are faulty.
If an entire order is being returned, your refund will include the cost of the original delivery.
We regret that we cannot accept returns for Special Order items (unless damaged or faulty). A Special Order item is an item that is made specially for you and would typically be any item that is not in stock.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
If there is any issue with your order then you must notify us within 48 hours of your receipt of the Goods. We may ask you for images to help identify the problem and we will work with you as fast as possible to resolve the issue. You will be offered a replacement or refund and we will probably need to arrange with you to return the faulty/damaged/incorrect goods. If we confirm when the Goods arrive back with us that they are damaged or faulty, then you will not be liable for the cost of returning the Goods.
