Returns Policy

If you are a retail customer in the UK, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return goods for a refund, and you are not required to give a reason for doing so. This is in accordance with your statutory rights.

If you are NOT a retail customer or you are outside of the UK then you will generally not be able to return goods unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. We comply with all applicable consumer laws in the markets we serve. If you are a consumer based outside the UK and have questions about your returns rights, please contact us before placing your order. All international returns must be pre-authorised with us. We are generally unable to refund international delivery charges unless the goods are confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

If an entire order is being returned, your refund will include the original standard delivery charge.

We regret that we cannot accept returns for Special Order items (unless damaged or faulty). A Special Order item is an item that is made specially for you and would typically be any item that is not in stock.

Returned goods must be well packed and returned unused and in a saleable condition with the original packaging. 

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost, delayed or damaged in transit when being returned to us.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item Received

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. We kindly request that any damage or missing parts be reported within 48 hours so we can resolve the matter swiftly. This does not affect your statutory rights. We may ask you for images to help identify the problem and we will work with you as fast as possible to resolve the issue. You will be offered a replacement or refund and we will probably need to arrange with you to return the faulty/damaged/incorrect goods. If we confirm when the Goods arrive back with us that they are damaged or faulty, then you will not be liable for the cost of returning the Goods.
