Arrange a Return
Before you return your item, make sure to read our Returns Policy to check that your item is eligible for a full refund.
We have a number of return methods for you to choose from:
1) Return Instore You can return items to our showroom in Anstey, Leicestershire. There is no charge for this service and you do not need to bring your returns note. Your refund will be processed immediately.
2) DPD Drop Shop You can arrange the return using this link https://our-returns.dpd.co.uk/BROUGHTONS and then take your parcel to a DPD Drop Shop such as Sainsburys, Coop or Post Office. The cost of returning by this method is £3.50 which will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be processed when we receive the Goods back and confirm the contents of the parcel. This service is only for packages and parcels weighing less than 20kg and shorter than 1m in length. Include your Delivery/Returns note in your parcel to ensure we can process your refund as soon as possible.
3) By Post You can post items back to us at: Returns Department, Broughtons of Leicester Ltd, 69 Cropston Road, Anstey, Leicester LE7 7BP. For your protection, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery service and retain proof of postage. Include your Delivery/Returns note in your parcel to ensure we can process your refund as soon as possible.
4) Courier Collection We can arrange a courier collection from your home. Courier collections arranged by us are charged at £15 per parcel if less than 1.5m in length, or £37 for parcels over 1.5m in length (eg curtain poles). The charge will be deducted from your refund. Include your Delivery/Returns note in your parcel to ensure we can process your refund as soon as possible.
Refunds will include the cost of delivery if the entire order is being returned.
