If you are a retail customer in the UK then when we send you your Goods you will also receive a delivery/returns note (as well as your receipt). Full instructions on how to return the Goods to us are on the delivery/returns note. You have 14 days from date of receipt to return Goods to us and do not have to give a reason for doing so. You will have to pay for the return of the Goods but will receive a refund that includes the cost of the original delivery. You can either organize the return yourself (getting proof of postage) or (mainland UK only) we can arrange a collection via our courier (at a charge of £15 per parcel).
If you are NOT a retail customer or you are outside of the UK then you will not be able to return goods to us unless they are faulty.
If you receive damaged or faulty Goods then you should contact us to arrange the return within 48 hours of your receipt of the Goods. If we confirm when the Goods arrive back with us that they are damaged or faulty, then you will not be liable for the cost of returning the Goods. You will be offered a replacement or refund.
We regret that we cannot accept returns for Special Order items (unless damaged or faulty). A Special Order item would typically be any item that is not in stock.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost, delayed or damaged in transit. For your protection if you are returning Goods to us, we recommend that you send your package by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Sunday wow excellent service , the vent is high quality and looks amazing once fitted . Some people have mentioned the tiny screws my tip is use the smallest drill and Rawl plug you can and you won't have any problems, overall a great experience .

Very pleased with the vent, came in super quick time and during the Christmas rush. It was exactly what we needed, it’s hidden from view behind a wood burner but it does the job it was bought to do and is easy to open and close.
Circular Vent Cover

A simple, functional and attractive vent cover that operates easily. Certainly a massive step up from a plastic alternative. It would be nice to have the option of an insect screen to go behind this cover, even if that was available as a completely separate unit.
A huge improvement on the white plastic vents

Wanted something to replace the plastic vents. These were not cheap, but well worth the investment. A little darker than in the images (which is better!).
Bought the 6" cover to fit a 5" opening which was the right size, however the screws end up close to the opening. Fine for our installation, but if you have crumbling plaster around the opening you might want to go another size larger.

Good quality and finish. Should last a long time. Comment about screws is correct and allowed me to put appropriate measures in place to ensure the cover can be secured.

Cover is fine, but comes with tiny screws that are no use in attaching the cover to either masonry or to a wooden panel (screws are 1cm long, so too short for any sort of rawl plug).
